Cancellation Policy: Understand Our Cancellation Process

An order is cancelled in following cases:

• If the payment is pending and buyer is unreachable.
• Upon request by the buyer, in which case it is also fully refunded (if payment has been made).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.

Buyers can request cancellation within 24 hours of making purchase. In this case order/item will be fully refunded.

If cancellation request is received after 24 hours then a flat 15% restocking fees will apply.
