Leheriya

Leheriya is a traditional tie-dye textile technique from Rajasthan, known for its distinctive wave-like (leher) patterns. The name “Leheriya” itself comes from the word “leher,” meaning wave.

Created by skillfully rolling and tying the fabric before dyeing, Leheriya produces beautiful diagonal stripes that resemble flowing water. The result is a vibrant, rhythmic pattern that reflects movement and energy.
