A pen like needle which resembles the shape of a crochet needle, gives rise to an intrinsic form of artwork called the ‘Ari work’. It is an exquisite needlework of repeated fine chain stitches, worked in multi-colored silk on a satin or cotton fabric. It is a series of unbroken stitches that take the shape of abstract nature and wildlife motifs. The shawl or stole features floral & paisley design with cream color threads, golden sequins, peach rhinestone work & pink/blue woven work. It also has cream fringes.
